When we go through good times we may not thank God for the all these happy moments. But when we go through a tough time we cannot help our self from doing Prayer For Healing. We want someone listen to our story of sorrow. y we want someone just listen to us but seeks someone can send away all your sorrows and sufferings

I wonder when one ask what’s the best Prayer for Healing. This story will help us to know what is the best Prayer for Healing. Once there was a man. He was in great trouble. Everything was going wrong in his life. Neither his relatives nor his wealth was in his favor. He was suffering all: Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and Economically. He couldn’t see no way out of his crisis. He had tried all his level best to get things settled, but all in vain. After all this, he dropped his knees in Prayer and said, “Lord I cannot go like this. I have too heavy a cross to bear”. The Lord replied, “My dear son if you can’t bear its weight, just place your cross down. Then ask him to open other door and pick out any cross you wish.” He was filled with great relief and said, “Thank you, Lord”. He did the same as God told him. After entering the room, he saw many crosses. Some of these were so large the even tops were not visible. Then he saw a tiny cross leaning against a fa wall. Then he whispered God, “I’d like that one”. The Lord replied, “My son that is the cross you just brought in.” So that’s a story. I don’t know how much reality is in it. But the lesson we can take out of this is just be in His will (One Universal Creator God). He knows what is best for us. He knows what we are going through. Instead of complaining just thank Him for his blessings. We should also think over What Does God Want From Us.

Like a doctor gives who gives us bitter medicines so that we can get well. In the same way God put us to the situations so that we can get better. It’s all our Karma that causes troubles. Just thank God for everything. We see every time we need help of God we pray. When we go to temple, Gurudwara or Church, we offer some words for being wellness. When we are running late or get stuck in traffic, we start repeating his name over and over again. When we cut our finger, we shout his name immediately. When our baby opens his or her eyes, we thank God with tears of happiness. When our baby get hurts due to some injury, we grasp our heart and beg Him (GOD) to protect him/her. When we lose our beloved ones, we cry and cry and ask Him why this happened with us. When we see something wrong around us, we urge Him to get things settled once again. We beg Him to help us whenever life draws us in difficulty. Like the man in the story, the moment we realize we are helpless and cannot step further to help our self. We fall to our knees and pray for his mercy and grace to reduce our cross. The thing keep in your mind is the Cross is nothing but all created by our self. It’s all just due to our previous actions or Karmas. We can’t trace everything we have done to create this cross. We have accumulated these karmas over so many lifetimes. Whenever our karmas creates problem in the present and our cross seem to be breaking our back it becomes hard to escape a prayer from our lips.

What really a prayer is?

What is the real prayer? It’s not merely uttering some words. Prayer is something greater than asking help with words. When we pray we unite ourselves with the Lord. Though the Almighty knows everything yet we remind him what we are going through. Because by making pray we satisfy our self that now God has come to know what I am going through. Our level is not that much we can see what actually is behind the scene.
Mystics have explained that a prayer is the essence of the spirituality. When we pray we can feel the presence of the God. We find him Omnipresent and Omniscient by communicating through prayer. When we pray we get courage to cope up all the problems. Our fear reduces and inner purity spreads inside. The mind and body get relaxed after prayer. Our faith strengthened more than ever. We should learn the purpose of the prayer. We simply need to surrender our self to the God’s will. It means that we have to submit our faith to the lord and leave the result of our action in the hands of the Lord. As He knows everything and we know he can’t commit any mistake we simply need to completely surrender to Him. Whatever the situation we are in right now that is simply because of our karmas.
Where Should We Pray?
True Prayer can be practiced within our self. We know this body is called the living temple of the lord. We don’t need to go anywhere else. We simply need to search for Him between the two eyes. He is closer than anything else. The form of prayer is not reciting particular verses or phrases but awakening of the Lord within this body through meditation.

One of the great mystics said about Prayer For Healing(Teachings Of The Saints)

“When you pray, enter the closet of the body and shut the outer doors. Do not let the attention wander outside. Open your heart to the Lord within. He will listen to the prayer made in this secret spot.”

When our attention is on the Master, our all problems and difficulties fade into the background. We need not do anything different but just focused inside. This leads us to the Lord and makes us fit for His mercy and grace. Just keep reminding yourself, we need to be patient when we put in the effort to listen to the Shbad, the divine melody within. It’s all will be only possible when our practice is perfected, we will feel the peace and bliss within not outside. Just the thought of this stirs the desire within us to being one with the Lord. This is something that make us rise above the costumes of body and mind, and reach the point where we feel the presence of the Lord from whom all blessings originate.

The famous words of Saint Kabir (as quoted in Kabir the Weaver of Gods Namme) come to mind whenever we speak of prayer and difficulties: “All do simran during the gloom of adversity; in days of sunshine few repeat the Name. If man does simran in happiness, he will not suffer adversity’s pain.” As we meditate daily it is the continue to pray in meditation daily, we may one day find ourselves saying the same words that Ole Hallesby said to the Lord (as he wrote in his book Prayer):

There come times, not so seldom with me at least, when I have nothing more to tell God If I were to continue to pray in words, I would have to repeat what I have already said. At such times it is wonderful to say to God. “May I be in Thy presence, Lord? I have nothing more to say to Thee, bul I do love to be in Thy presence.

It’s quite hard to escape praying when we are in trouble. We seek Prayer for Healings. But need to consider He knows every bit of us. He knows what we are going through. Do we still think we need to tell him what we are going through? We just need to be in his will. How can we accomplish this? Just keep Him in your thoughts every time by doing Simran. There comes a time when we will be able to get know the truth of all this pain and pleasure. Just appreciate and cherish with his Naam.

Next time you are in trouble or overwhelmed with joy, just don’t forget to thank Him. It doesn’t need to remind Him what you going through. Just tell Him to give you strength to go through every phase. He doesn’t want anything but appreciation. Then we will come to know Who We Are.

Something To Think About

⌚As I grown up with time I realized, whether I wear a watch of Rs. 3000 or of Rs. 30000. Both will show the same time. 

🎒whether I have a bag of RS. 3000 or of RS.30000. There will be no change in the stuff inside. 
🏘 Whether I live in a house of 300-yard or of 3000-yard. The feeling of loneliness will be the same.

 
🛩At the end I also came to know that whether I start my journey by sitting in business class or in economy Class, I will reach my destination only at the same time.

💰👦🏻👧🏻So do not encourage your children to be rich, but teach them how they can stay happy. And when grown up, they only see the importance of things instead their worth.

🌍 Do not indulge with the world and its affairs too much because it is mortal, but put it to religion because it is the rest of the world …

🎳 Branded things are the biggest lies in the trading world, whose purpose is to extort money from the rich but poor people are heavily influenced.

📱Is it necessary that I should walk with the Iphone so that people consider me wise and sensible?

🍔 Is it necessary that I eat in Mac or Kfc everyday so people do not understand that I’m stingy?

🏋🏼Is it necessary that I go to the Downtown Cafe for exercise with friends so that people understand that I am from a noble family?

⛸Is it necessary for me to wear Gucci, Lacoste, Adidas or Nike clothes so that Gentlemen is called?

🔠Is it necessary for me to include some English words in every detail so that I should call it decent?

📻Is it necessary that I listen to Adele or Rihanna so that I can prove that I have got mature?

Not at all my dear friend !!!
👕My clothes are bought from ordinary shops,

🍛 I can go with my friends at any dhaba, 

🥜If I feel hungry, i do not even think of any insult in eating from any stall,

I speak in my straightforward language. If i may want,  I can do everything that is written above
But …. 

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧👨‍👩‍👦‍👦I have seen such people those who can take a full week-long ration in the price of a shirt bought from my Adidas.
🍱🍱I have also seen such families that can make one time meal for all their family members at a price of Mac burger. 

Just I have found this secret here that money is not everything.  People who judge others from their outer appearance should immediately get their treatment. 
The true value of human origin is its ethics, behavior, way of reconciliation, sympathy and brotherhood. Not that it’s outer appearance. 

At the end I would like to say stop showing offs and just enjoy the life with what you can afford.

Our Desires Causes Disappointments

Desire is a sense of longing, hoping or want for a person or other worldly affairs. We have so may desires. Everytime we see something that attracts us anyhow there create a desire to get . When it gets strong we call it craving. Our actions are basically dependent on our desires.

Desires are the fundamental motivations of all human action.

In our life we are panic just because of our desires. We all have so many desires. But is it possible that every desire of us will get fulfilled? Never, and when these desires don’t get fulfilled we get disappointed. Rather appreciating what we have we start yelling for something we don’t get. Desiring and action to fulfil the desire is the tendency of the mind. What we all need to do is to channelise this tendency. First of all we should try to curtail our desires. Second, we should desire only of those that will take us toward the God. Something that will take us away from our spiritual life, we should give up that desire.

A beautiful answer from a master to the Desciple.
Desciple : I want happiness.
Master : The answer lies in your question.
Remove both I and Want there only remains happiness.
Desciple : I didn’t get you master.
Master : Removing I is removing your Ego and removing want is to removing your wants… Then it left only happiness.
But today both our ego and our desires are too much strong that never let us feel the ultimate happiness.

All we had experienced that whenever we have some desire, we try to fulfill that desire and at the same time we think everything will get settle down by achieving this desire. But actually what happens after the fulfillment of the desire, there are more desires our mind puts out in front of us. And again we start achieving those. In the process when we don’t achieve, again we start yelling. What can set aside us from all these disappointments? Limit your desires and just desire or crave for the one. Think bigger. Differentiate what will take you to God and what will take you away from God. Desires are natural, we can’t avoid desiring. Desires have no end. The more we fulfill the more we get trapped. Just be content with what you have. Appreciate everything what God has given us. Thank him for his grace.

One Universal Creator God

Who created the world? Different people of different religions gives their own opinion and credits to their lord. Isn’t it? Yes it is. But Is it true that there are different-different God?? Is it possible the creator who create all of the human beings can be different?? We all are alike. Look at the structure of the body. We all have the same structure, same organs, same working. Thus how it’s been possible that the creator is different! If we study for particular religion we can determine the time of their arisen. But what before that?? The creation wasn’t there as it is now!! But we don’t understand the basics of any religions. What are the teachings. We may say every now and again that the creator of the whole creator is one. But do we really mean that? If yes, then why do we compare of religions? Then why don’t we appreciate all religions? Because we don’t mean in actual the creator is one. There is only one creator that’s God in the form of Word. A sound that created the whole creation. All the religions illustrate the same but as the language different we don’t understand the basics teaching that teaches us to respect every religion, love the humanity as we all are one. Created by the one Universal Creator. We all are spiritualBuddues. That God didn’t created religions. He only created the human beings but we create all these religions. As all of us have different environments to live in. The teachings may vary as per all that. But the creator is only one that is One Universal God. The Supreme being. We all are the part of the One. We all are spiritualBuddues. When we will have the realization? When we will use the power of descrimination . When we will find the God inside. We will be able to see we all are one. The process of having the realization from separate beings to being one is spiritualism. Just love people love God.

Meditate in Silence

When we sit in silence for meditation. Our mind and our attention start concentrating inwardly. It’s not as simple as we are reading. It requires a lot of practice and patience. Do practice on the daily bases and you will find truth and totality inside your body. You will come to see so many miracles.

 

Knowledge vs Realization?

Today’s topic is knowledge vs realization.

Do you think knowledge and realization is different!? I yes, they are different all together. If we have some knowledge about something then it doesn’t mean that we have the realization too. But if talk about realization, those who have realized something they must have the knowledge of that particular. What actually is knowledge? Knowledge is something that to know something just to know. That we can have read from somewhere or heard from somebody. But realization is to have the feel of something to know something that is not heard or read but have come to know by going through that. In spirituality, we all may have the knowledge how it feel when our sour makes grout on the path of santmat that leads to the totalty. But we don’t have the realization how exactly the feel is when a soul approaches to the higher stages. To get to know something is very easy but to have the realization is very difficult. It require great efforts to realize how it feels when soul passes through different stages.

Meditation is the only key to unlock the stages within we have to go through and have the realization of the truth and totality.

Who We Are?

Now think for a moment! Forget everything around happening you. Just close your eyes. Sit in still. Now question yourself, who we are? what is our true entity? Where were we before birth? Where we will go after death? Is this life is true or our death is true? What we have actually that we can cherish now while living and after dying ?

What we need to do is? Not just think but think deeply over this all!

The answer is we are Spiritual Buddies. We all are one but having experience as we all are different due to duality. Our true entity is that we all are one being. We were here before birth and we are here now and we will be here after death too. Just the experience gets change. We experience that we are all different. Its just because of self or ego that is associated with us called mind. Take an example of drop! A drop feels different entity until and unless it gets merge to the Ocean. But happened when that drop gets merge into the Ocean! It becomes Ocean. The experience of being different gets change to the of being totality.  We all are the drops(souls) of the Ocean of the Love(God). When we will get back to the Ocean of the Love (Almighty), Then the experience of being different will diminish automatically and we experience of being totality and integrity. Its the only love we can cherish while living and after dying. Because Love is God and God is Love.

What is Spirituality?

What is Spirituality? What makes us Spiritual being?

Spirituality is really a broad term having its different aspect in different worlds. Spirituality i can say is when our soul longings for its origin(God). In our life, there comes a time when we all experience the feeling of being loneliness. We find every worldly affairs with us but still experience the feeling of being loneliness. We don’t like the worldly affairs to amuse us. That is the craving of the soul towards the God. When we make action to reach to the God, that makes us spiritual being. It’s not as easy as to read this all. Being spiritual is very difficult but not impossible. Being one with the one(God) who is the creator of all the worlds. The purpose of this human birth is to get back to the true home(Sachkhand). Where we will realize we are no different being. We realize the truth of being one and feel the totality and integration. There is only love. God is nothing but the Love. A pleasure that is for eternity.
